Based in the heart of the West End, there is an immediate opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join a young Property Recruitment Company in only its second year. Having already grown to 12 consultants in the past 16 months, this is a unique opportunity play a part in the success of a quickly expanding business by establishing the company within the buoyant Construction Recruitment sector, with rewards including a part share of the business and the opportunity to build your own team of professional recruitment consultants.

The successful candidate will have a strong background within the Construction sector, ideally with experience in developing new business. The ability to foster key relationships will be crucial to the ongoing success of this exciting opportunity, as will your ability to deal with clients at the very top level of business, both domestic and abroad. You will be an energetic, motivated achiever who has the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver consistently above average results. You will enjoy networking with current and potential clients, and be able to professionally represent the company at functions and events. The ability to function as an integral part of a close knit team is essential, as is your desire to leave your mark on a rapidly expanding business.
