M&E Project Manager

Description

Our Client is one of the Leading Facilities Maintenance Providers and one of the fastest growing companies in the UK .

They now seek a Projects Manager to manage refurbishment and replacement projects up to the value of £500,000 pounds encompassing all internals and M&E within various commercial and public sector buildings in the South East. Working alongside our Clients Maintenance Teams, you will ensure that the long-term relationships built between them and the Customer are maintained and that business opportunities are maximised. You will also ensure that projects are managed to be on time and on budget and that Health and Safety is adhered to.
Candidates will have come from an M&E background and ideally have some experience of both Projects and Maintenance. You will be also be located any where within the Thames Valley corridor for this role.
The role comes with a salary up to 45k plus car and a competitive benefits package.
