Based on London's Oxford Street, this leading Media Recruitment Company is actively looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join a successful division recruiting HR Professionals for some of the biggest brands within the lucrative Film, Music and Entertainment Industries. Established for over 20 years now they have a strong reputation within the industry and are unrivalled in what they do. Located in brand new offices by London's Selfridges, you can expect a fun and sociable working environment where consultants honestly love their jobs.

ROLE

Working in a close nit team alongside 3 other consultants, you will be focusing on all levels of HR Professionals from Assistants and Managers up to HR Directors. You will be working exclusively on a range of contingent and retained assignments for clients including EMI, Warner Bros, Sony Music and 20th Century Fox. As you will be the 4th consultant in what is fundamentally a new division, there will be huge opportunity for career progression in line with the companies' current expansion plans. You will also have the opportunity to learn from and work closely alongside the Ex-Global HR Director of EMI Records who heads up the division.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Recruiter with a passion for the sector, combined with a strong interest in the Film, Music and Entertainment Industry. As well as this you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to recruit at senior levels, enthusiasm, charisma and the ambition to forge a successful career in recruitment.

While the HR Division is still relatively young (1.5 years) there is a huge amount of potential due to the companies experience and reputation within their respected markets. For an experienced consultant you can expect to earn anything up to 45k on the base along with their highly competitive commission structure. . As well as a generous basic salary and commission structure that peaks at 30%, you will have the opportunity to be part of a share option scheme that will be invaluable as the company grows.
