Country Director, Tanzania

Description

My client, a growing International Development Charity, needs a Country Director for their Tanzanian office.

You will be securing funding through developing partnerships and strategic relationships with government bodies and key individuals and institutions, whilst retaining responsibility for financial management as well and ensuring expenditure is within budget, providing accurate reports accordingly.

You will also bring your experience of senior management in programmes to lead the strategic and operational planning for the charity's programmes and operations in Tanzania, line managing their senior management and monitoring performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your already strong experience in fundraising, donor relationships and the development sector, allied with a target driven attitude and analytical skills in an international post.
