Post Merger Integration - Consultant

Our Big 4 client is looking to grow their Transaction Services team and build upon the success that they have seen over the last 18 months to 2 years. Specifically focused around Post Deal, our client is looking for experienced individuals to join their Post Deal Services team.

Despite their size and reputation, the post deal team is only currently circa 65 in size so there is a strong team feel to the practise, as well as a very healthy culture. Projects are combination of pre deal operational due diligence & post merger integration. Within your work you can expect to work across all industries and consultants are typically generalists in ability.

Our client is looking to hire individuals with ?operational credibility? ie. individuals who have worked in operational transformation roles in industry, and they then go to market selling this credibility in their consultants (75% of the practise have worked in such roles in blue chip corporate firms ? therefore there is an excellent and smooth transition potentially for people making move into consulting)

Looking at the nature of the market they are in, our client is very keen to speak with individuals who have excelled through graduate schemes, or who have been involved in a broad array of roles across their respective businesses.

Overall, if you join this practise you will be working withing one of the most successful M&A teams in the market to date. You will find yourself working alongside some of the most respected Private equity and venture capitalists in the market whilst gaining some very valuable and credible exposure to pre and post deal operations.
