Transaction Services - Ops Advisory Consultant

Our Big 4 client is looking to grow their Operations team which sits within their Transaction Services team. Currently around 30 or so in size, the practice has retained a boutique feel despite sitting within one of the most respected players in the market. Over the next 18 months they are looking to double their practice and this could be an excellent opportunity to join whilst the opportunity is ripe.

Assignments within the practise are focussed around ODD but also revolve around broader operations and restructuring, whilst working alongside corporate and Private Equity clients.

Our client is looking for individuals who have a cross functional exposure and who are able to work cross industry. Ideally you will have some exposure to the deal environment, and given the nature of the work and the position in the market, our client is looking for individuals to have come from one of the Big 4 or from a strategy house. The role is quite strategic, and our client is looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate an analytical ability whilst also being able to work on a strategic level.
