Lead Consultant and Consulting Director - Consumer Markets

The roles:

Both positions are responsible for the full consultancy life-cycle, from pitching/proposal writing to project management with the Lead Consultant reporting into the Consulting Director, Consumer Markets whose further remit is to ensure the profitability of the department.

Key Responsibilities include:
?Meeting consultancy revenue targets ? working with sales staff to source consultancy leads.
?Driving business development by anticipating issues and trends in the market place
?Contribute to the strategy of the business unit and develop ideas for new products and services
?Ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate profiles will include a number of the following:

?Experience in consumer goods either from consulting or client side
?Evidence of building business pipeline and client interaction
?Strong proposal writing skills
?Knowledge/experience of the research industry
?Project management skills
