Our client is a highly successful boutique company who help major organisations achieve significant growth by identifying and developing industry-changing propositions and business models. To date they have helped develop over 50 new propositions/businesses with a range of blue-chip clients including BT, NPower, Unilever, Cable & Wireless Bradford & Bingley, E-On, Royal Mail and Astra Zeneca.

This niche Strategic Consulting firm is looking for Growth & Innovation Consultants to help drive continued development and success to the business:
It is ESSENTIAL that you have the following attributes:
*A Track Record of working with and leading teams in major organisations to DELIVER GROWTH.
*Creativity and flair to GENERATE NEW BUSINESS IDEAS, new propositions and INNOVATIVE BUSINESS MODELS
*Business acumen to turn technology applications into market customer led propositions
*Customer communication skills around identifying and validating emerging propositions
*Commercial and financial skills to challenge and stretch emerging propositions and translate these into revenue

Candidates coming from the following backgrounds would be beneficial:
*Creative consultancies
*Venture/innovation units
*Growth consultancies
*Proposition/marketing functions
*Corporate venturing
