Description

Administrator is required within IT department of a major Asset managers. Previous IT admin experience is essential.

Procurement of new IT Hardware, Software and Telecommunications Equipment.
Ensure that purchase order processing, invoice administration and filing are completed in a timely manner.
Manage the delivery of IT purchases and the subsequent global distribution throughout BAM.
Be the primary Programme Office representative for liaison with suppliers.
IT Timesheet System Administration
Issue and collate timesheets for London IT staff on a weekly basis.
Resolve timesheet related issues.
Systems Maintenance Contracts Administration
Ensure systems maintenance records are updated and renewals are authorised/cancelled in a timely manner.
Process invoices for payment and reconcile any discrepancies.
Software Asset Management (SAM) Tracking
Maintain licensing data within the IT P.O. SAM applications
Action delegated licensing information requests and producing relevant management information.
Project Process Administration
Assist with the maintenance an accurate set of signed off project documentation (electronic and on paper)
Assist with the production of regular and ad hoc consolidated project reports.
Ensure that relevant project processes are completed in a timely manner.
IT Departmental Administration
Responsible for hotel and travel bookings.
Assist with the HR booking process for internal/external training.
Update sickness/holiday/special leave records and produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports for HR.
Process contractor and consultancy invoices.
Administer the IT departmental stationery ordering process.
Assist with the preparation of the annual IT budget (e.g. for systems and telecoms maintenance).
