TITLE:General Manager
LOCATION:Norwich.
SALARY:£55-65K Plus 10% Bonus.

The Company:
A leading outsourcing provider operating throughout the globe employing over 15000 staff. They focus on blue chip accounts, leading FTSE 100 names and have prestigous global Investment banking clients.
The Role:
Managing an operations team, size 250 indirect and 10 direct reports. The purpose of this role is to improve operating performance and profitability by effective leadership of all aspects of the site's activity including staff, client relationships and equipment - facilities.
The Person:
We need an entrepeurinal personality, driven with polished management skills. Experience managing and leading a manufacturing site for a blue chip company as a General Manager with over 300 on site staff. Essentially you will have Operations Manager's reporting to you. Following a method such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar, managing P&L's and cost forecasting. Managing £10-£30 million plus budgets.
