Description
A small but friendly Communications/Marketing company who specialise in projects across education are seeking a Customer Service/Admin Executive to work on a pilot of a weight loss project, based in the heart of the West End.
Based in their West End offices you will be administering local direct mail campaign, providing customer quotations/ proposals over the phone and via post, responding to customer sales enquiries, preparing customer contracts and invoices, calculating customer earnings and credit accounts plus much much more!
You will need to have customer sales, service and admin experience, possess excellent clerical skills with good attention to details and be proficient in Word, Excel, Access and other relational databases. You should also have proven customer service experience from within call centres or handling houses, be
internet proficient, capable of multi-tasking, be friendly, assertive and professional, as well as efficient at implementing a project and collating and gathering the information required to make it a success.
This is a contract role, so applicants must be available to start work immediately and be able to commit to the contract for 6-12 months initially, with the possibility of the contract extending further.
In return for your hardwork you will receive a salary of £25-30k (pro-rata), 20 days holidays and the opportunity to work on a project contract that could possibly go on until 2009.
