The Company:

Our client is an extremely fast growing company in the IT sector and due to rapid expansion in Europe they are currently looking to recruit a Dutch speaking HR generalist, for their office based in Amsterdam. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch along with excellent English.

The Role:

The overall aim of the position is to provide professional, friendly and efficient HR support to the employees and managers. The role will include the following key tasks:

-Support new hires trough the hiring process and first week induction.
-Coordinate the HR information and establish needed policies and guidelines.
-Be able to answer HR related queries and give advice to Managers for example maternity, holiday or exit procedures.
-Liaise with other departments.

Candidate Profile:

-Candidates must be fluent in Dutch AND English, to a native standard or equivalent.
-Previous experience in HR, administration or recruitment would be highly beneficial.
-Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
-Proficient in the use of MS Office and lotus notes.
-We are looking for someone that has a passion for HR and administration. The successful candidate would be professional, self-confident and be able to work as a part of an international team.


Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for the role will be circa ? 2500/month depending on experience. The client also offers a great benefits package including pension and private health care and excellent training with global career opportunities.
