This large US owned retailer with operations in the US, UK and a view to European expansion is looking for a Business Analyst to join its finance team in North London.
Your role will be to support the Business Development Manager in the ongoing development of the companyâ??s property strategy. As such you will analyse all property-related expenditure (capital, occupancy) both pre- and post-investment and identify key learnings and insights to shape future strategy. This is going to be a key role due to the growing nature of the business and the planned refurbishment of many of its stores.
