Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well established Environmental Charity based in East London. This is a temporary ongoing role with an immediate start. They are looking for a Employment Adviser. This role will be perfect for a Recruitment Consultant that is looking to move into the Not For Profit Sector. You will source and develop work placement opportunities and employment opportunities for clients in East London, which will include liaising with representatives from companies, schools and other organisations. You will provide guidance and counselling for clients, establishing a structured mentoring service that meets individual client needs and special requirements in relation to training and employment. You will also contribute to the number and quality of specialised counselling services regarding the issues that clients come across when looking for work.

Recruitment experience will be essential.
Experience in a similar environment will be essential.
