Our client is a growing business that enjoys a reputation for fun, fashion and success! They currently have a fantastic role available for a Head of Buying who has a background in own brand or branded product, either apparel, accessories or footwear.

Overseeing the entire buying team and reporting to the Creative Director your key responsibilities will include:

Critical path management
Strategic planning and forecasting
Building professional relationships with suppliers
Range planning
Space planning
Achieving financial targets and growth potential
Motivation and development of staff
Working closely alongside in-house teams

The successful candidate will be a true team leader who has excellent attention to detail and proven strategic planning skills. Your background will come from either apparel, footwear or accessories and you will be an experienced negotiator.
