Our client is an internationally recognised fashion brand with a reputation for quality, innovation and style. They currently have a fantastic role available for an experienced Merchandising Manager who has a background in luxury women's apparel. This boutique label has an excellent name in the fashion industry and goes from strength to strength each season.

Reporting to the Operations Directory your key responsibilities will include:

Preparation of annual sales, stock and margin budgets
Managing stock levels
Chairing weekly stock meetings
Planning retail range options
Preparing the Open to Buy for Buyers
Regular liaison with Buying team and the Production team
Managing the forecast process
Ensuring company deadlines are consistently met
Managing and controlling department expenditure
Management and development of the Merchandising team

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be very analytical and have advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word and Excel. Experience managing staff is essential.
