Graduate Research Executive - Residential Property - Up to £30k - London

Your Profile

Are you a Geography graduate looking for a research role within the property research team in one of the biggest publishing houses in the UK? Our client is ideally looking for a Graduate with a Geography or Property/Planning related degree. The successful Geography/Property graduate will have previous research and data entry experience. You will be confident, very well
organised, have excellent attention to detail and a key team player. An interest in the property market is essential! You must also have a full UK driving license. The ability and confidence to independently organise own workload, report back on progress to line manager and to work on a number of projects simultaneously is a must. You must also be able to manage and
translate information on a database in line with data quality standards. Confidence and ability to work in the field conducting thorough and logical site visits is also essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel is beneficial.

The Role

The role is based within the property team and will involve updating and maintaining the database, researching information via print and on-line sources and dealing with clients on a daily basis. You will be carrying out extensive field research within the boroughs you have responsibility for. You must be able to quickly develop a sound understanding of the planning process on a local borough level and in Greater London. You will be developing a good
contact list of agents, developers, planners and other data suppliers in the residential and office markets and assisting in research projects as required and contribute to various database generated reports.
