This important and prestigious Team PA opportunity involves setting up new systems, providing PA support and co-ordinating the friendly small team of about 6. Strong MS Office skills are essential in this role as is a good team attitude and excellent communication as you'll be liaising with all levels of staff. You'll be a self-starter with good organisational abilities and a talent for multi-tasking and prioritising. You'll have an ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast moving environment and will pay attention to detail. A sense of humour is a must!

Key responsibilities include day-to-day management and co-ordination of diaries; preparing documentation; producing PowerPoint slides and presentations; providing support on logistics and organisation of company meetings and events; undertaking research or projects as requested; co-ordinating overseas travel and itineraries; ensuring filing is completed; overseeing and co-ordinating the management of office equipment, stationery supplies, expense claims and invoice control; taking minutes of meetings as required.
