A fantastic role has arisen for a Customer Service Representative at this online betting company in London. The purpose of this role is to consistently deliver a world class customer service and gaming experience across all platforms (sportsbook/games/poker/casino) and within all communication channels (phone/email/chat) to ensure we are the best interactive betting and gaming product in town.
Principal Job Responsibility:
? DEALING WITH CUSTOMER ENQUIRIES VIA PHONE AND LIVE CHAT IN AN EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT MANNER IN LINE WITH THE DEPARTMENTAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT KPI'S
? PROCESSING BETS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND ENSURING THAT WIN/LOSE OR DRAW THE CLIENT ENJOYS THEIR GAMING EXPERIENCE.
? COMMUNICATING AND RELAYING INFORMATION WITH RELEVANT DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE COMPANY TO ENSURE SERVICES ARE RUNNING TO THEIR OPTIMUM.
? Other duties as assigned
You will need to have the following skills/experience:-
1. Excellent verbal communication skills
2. Basic numeracy skills
3. Excellent PC skills
4. Pleasant telephone manner
5. Flexible approach to working hours
6. Team player
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:-
1. Basic understanding of betting
2. Passion for sport/gaming
3. Experience of working in the gaming industry
4. Experience of working in a call centre/customer focused environment
You will need to be flexible to work Sat & Sun and to work shifts between 8am - 10pm.
