Description

I am looking for a candidate who is fluent in both English and Russian to fill the position of event coordinator. Essentially you will have at least a years experience in an event coordinator position and experience prior to this is an administrative role. Candidates who have a flair for creativity and a passion for design are extremely desirable. Knowledge of the exhibitions industry will put you in good stead.

You will report to the technical director and your main responsibility will be to coordinate the logistics and on-site services related to the technical aspects of staging an exhibition from start through to finish. As well as this you will be on hand to support the technical division, developing floor plans, liaising with clients and preparing accurate costing.
