The Company:
Our client is a major international company offering Sportsbook, Casino, Poker and Bingo. They are now looking to add to recruit a Contact Centre Support Administrator to work in their London offices.
The Role:
The purpose of the role is to deliver a top class customer service experience to customers across all products for the business. You will be required to respond to emails within specific timescales and provide 2nd line cover for the Telebet department at peak times. You will manage the online forums as well as moderate the chat rooms along with maintaining and updating the Teletext pages.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be someone who possesses excellent communication skills as well as the ability to plan, organise and prioritise their day. You will work well under pressure and be highly motivated towards your own personal development. Excellent PC skills are required as well as a strong interest in sports and the betting/ online gaming industry.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary on offer is £20,000 per year as well as a full and comprehensive benefits package including bonus scheme, pension, healthcare and travel loans. You will be required to work any 5 days out of the 7 day week with the earliest start time being 8am and the latest finish time will be 10pm.
