The Company:

Our client is a major international company offering Sportsbook, Casino, Poker and Bingo. They are now looking to add to their Customer Service team by recruiting a customer service representative to work in their London offices.

The Role:

The role involves dealing with customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat in an efficient and pleasant manner and in line with the KPI's set out by the Customer Service Management. You will process bets in a timely manner and ensure that the client enjoys their gaming experience while using the companies' products. As well as this, you will communicate and relay information between relevant departments within the company to ensure services are running to their optimum. You will also take on other duties as assigned by the management.

Candidate Profile:

Ideally you will have previous experience in the online gaming industry within a customer service environment. You will have excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner along with a flexible approach to working hours and solid PC skills. Knowledge of the betting industry, as well as sports and gaming is desirable as is experience of call centre/ customer focused environment.

Salary/Additional Information:

A salary of £19,000 is on offer for the right candidate as well as 23 days holiday, company bonus scheme, life assurance, pension, interest free travel loan and employee discount/ advantage scheme.
