Our LSE listed client delivers a market-leading mobile marketing technology platform to a global client base. Their unique mobile marketing platform manages the full cycle of planning, execution and monitoring of campaigns across differing mobile formats and channels, offering customers above and below-the-line mobile marketing and advertising templates. Due to growth they now require a Sales Training Manager to work form their London office.

As a Sales Training Manager you will be tasked to develop a sales training strategy that meets business objectives and updates a growing sales team on both new and upcoming products and services. Working with the Marketing, Operations and Sales departments you will identify key training needs, and manage the development and delivery of appropriate training programs that are tied to key business objectives. Raise the proficiency of the sales team, keep the sales force informed and trained on competitive products, market trends, and customer needs and design, develop and deliver training through instructor-led, workshops and web-based formats etc.

The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 2-3 years sales training/training manager experience with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in b2b technology sales. Sales management experience would be preferred but not essential. You will have a proven ability to devise and deliver training solutions quickly and effectively in a fast moving envrionment with excellent project and time management skills.

The successful applicant can expect a base salary of 35k with an additional benefits package.
