For many years our client has been a leader in supplying solutions covering payroll, tax and accountancy services to both contractor and small business markets. With their network of 5 strategically placed offices in the UK/Ireland they are well positioned to meet the needs of today's proactive professional/small business. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening in London for a Sales Manager.

As an experienced Sales Manager you will take full responsibility for a small but growing team of sales professionals as well as carrying a personal revenue target. This classic sales management role will cover all aspects from strategic planning to sales training, recruitment, client presentations, reporting and much more. The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 2-3 years proven sales management experience working in business to business sales environment. This role requires a natural leader who can bring the best out of a growing team, deliver sales targets and meet growth expectations. You will have first class communication and presentation skills, be financially astute, highly motivated and motivational and committed to developing a career within a growing organisation.

The successful candidate can expect a negotiable basic salary circa 40-45k with an OTE in of 52-57k plus an excellent benefits package.
