Donor Development Manager

Description

My client, an International Health Charity, requires a new Donor Development Manager to run their individual giving programme with the aim of raising the charity's income by the recruitment, retention and development of individual donors.

As Donor Development Manager, you will bring your significant experience in a fundraising, sales or marketing environment and success in donor acquisition and development to creating and running the direct marketing programme to current and new donors. You will enhance the charity's understanding of their donors by analysis and research, nurturing communication, segmentation and targeting strategies aimed at varying donor areas, such as major donors.

Your experience of direct marketing will be utilised in creating mail concepts and content, whilst strong customer service skills will enable efficient response handling and fulfilment of appeals.

Knowledge in the field of Legacy Fundraising would be a significant bonus.
