Description

My client, who has been nominated to be one of the best employers in the world, is currently looking for the International Insight Director. They have offices around the globe and 150 blue chip clients.
You will be responsible for developing high quality solutions to deliver the Client Plan and achieving the agreed KPIs in line with specific market business plan. Apart from that you will:
?Work with Power of 2 to understand existing processes as well as, clients' business and overall strategy to ensure insight is focused on those areas where most value can be added
?Integrate all available data sources (i.e. market research, transaction and contextual data) to create meaningful and actionable customer focused insight
?Implement best practice based on market needs, consulting with the central at all times to ensure the most up to date solutions are utilized. Always use relevant solutions for the market e.g. not all markets will need the ?gold? standard immediately / if at all
?Work with offshore resource and central teams to ensure that analysis work makes the most efficient possible use of human and computer resources, taking advantage of standardized automated solutions wherever possible
?Generate realistic action plans from insight to ensure value can always be added to the client
?Make sure all actions implemented can be and are appropriately measured
?Train appropriate Tesco users on relevant solutions
You should be passionate & knowledgeable about how consumer insights can be used to transform business performance. Proven effectiveness in managing complex clients and winning new business is important as well.
