Senior Quantity Surveyor - Middlesex - Major Mixed Development


Remuneration for the Senior Quantity Surveyor
? Basic salary up to £55,000 per annum depending on Quantity Surveyor experience
? Substantial Bonus (£40 - £50 per unit - project has 843 units) = at least £33,720
? Christmas bonus £3k - £4k

During the project there are opportunities to run other projects which then increase the profit bonus over £100k, offering promotion to Commercial Manager within a short period of time.

Client
The company has over 25 years experience working on large mixed use developments throughout Europe. Typically, they work on projects in London valued between £50m and £400m. In the last 10 years they have expanded substantially, becoming involved in prestigious projects at Canary Wharf, Prague and Bratislava. Currently they hold over 2.2 million sq meters of work, at various stages of construction, based on over 100 sites in London.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Role:
My client needs a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major mixed development project in the Middlesex area which includes Residential, Commercial, and Hotel work - this all accumulates to 843 units.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor would be site based for at least two years and to oversee all commercial issues with the project. As the project is owned by our client the Senior Quantity Surveyor will represent the interests of their employer commercially. There are different sub contract packages that need overseeing including
? Dry-lining,
? M&E,
? Concrete Frames,
? Facades.

Part of the position would be to get involved construction management of the project including the design and choosing best methods of construction.
