Project Planner - M&E Planner

Our client, one of the leading building contractors based in the heart of the city, have a turnover of over £70 million and focus their business on carrying out the design, supply and installation of building services for a broad range of buildings.

Due to good business practices, excellent management, and progressive growth strategies, they are currently seeking an M&E Planner to join their Building Services team. You will be responsible for both tender planning and the complete lifecycle of the M&E projects in the London area. These projects typically range from £500K up to £10m and consist of design and build, fit out and commercial.

Applicants must have at least 2-3 years planning experience within the M&E-building services sector and must be fully proficient with Asta Powerproject. Due to the nature of the role, good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team. Applicants must also be eligible to work within the UK.

The remuneration for this position will be a basic salary of up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The company also offers a car-car allowance and other standard blue chip benefits.
