Senior Project Manager

Description

Our client, a building and trade packages arm of main contractor, seeks an experienced project manager. The majority of this companies work is within new build projects (mainly offices, hotels, apartments and schools to underground stations, public buildings and retail developments).

With a turnover in excess of £50 million, and a growing reputation within the construction industry for professionalism; and outstanding project delivery capability, this is a great time to join this business.

The role
The clients seeks stand alone Project Managers, who are able to manage mixed use projects in excess of £4 million (experience of doing so is imperative).
Commercial acumen is essential (and should have been demonstrated in previous jobs).
Previous site management experience or that of a Foreman is highly important.
The ability to manage and lead a team is essential.

Remuneration
The company will pay up to £70,000 per annum (more possibly depending on experiences), plus offers a car- car allowance, and a discretionary bonus.
