Due to this luxury jewellery and accessories retailer's continued success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious senior sales supervisor in their Watford store. This company has stores throughout the UK and Europe, and their focus is on providing excellent customer service. In your position as a key holder you will have the accountability to prove yourself within the business whilst receiving excellent one-on-one training.

As a senior sales supervisor your responsibilities will include supporting the management team in driving sales to ensure that targets are met for each brand and in overseeing the daily operation of the store, while ensure that all product presentations are in line with the company's high standards. The ability to communicate effectively with the rest of your team and analyse and review current trends and competitors are also important.

Previous retail supervisory experience is essential, preferably from a fashion or jewellery background within a one on one sales environment. You must have excellent leadership skills, be customer orientated and able to achieve consistently high levels of performance.
