Quantity Surveyor

Description

With a turnover off £40M in 2007 and an estimated turnover of £60M in 2008, my client is currently an up and coming Main Contractor in Britain, and are currently looking to expand there commercial division with the addition of a Project Surveyor.

You will be qualified to at least HNC level, and this candidate will be capable of delivering new build, refurbishment or fit-out projects in the commercial or residential sector around £2M in size.

Strong communication skills are required, and an ability to build relationships with clients, colleagues and subcontractors. This is a young and dynamic team looking for someone to join and grow with the team
