Territory Sales Manager? £30k + £15k uncapped OTE

Your Profile

You are an exhibition sales professional who is driven to exceed targets and
has an interest in the international property market. Ideally, you will have
experience in b-2-b selling around media or exhibition space. Also, you will
work well in a team and adopt a positive, 'can do' attitude by setting
yourself the highest levels of professionalism and personal standards. You are
an excellent at problem solving and have a sustained drive for results.
Fluency in English is a must but a strong command of additional languages
would be a distinct advantage (French/Spanish/Arabic/Italian/German)

The Role

Joining a vibrant overseas property specialist, you will be responsible for
maximising revenue and yield of the UK's leading Exhibitions for the overseas
property industry. You will develop an existing client base and source new
business through a combination of effective calls, correspondence and, where
relevant, face to face meetings. There is also overseas travel in order to
visit clients and attend events surrounding the industry. You will be measured
by your sales activity and results, your attitude, your teamwork and your
ability to manage the necessary sales administration.
