As a leading large scale international conference and events organiser, our client delivers leading conferences and events that are attended on a global scale by thousands of senior delegates from within Fortune 1000 companies. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening for a senior sales professional to sell sponsorship solutions.

As an experienced sales professional you will work under the title of Sales Manager ? Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales and be responsible for selling sponsorships and exhibition space on designated events via the telephone (85%) and face-to- face (15%) meetings, and to deliver the highest possible overall sales performance and success for assigned events. Key tasks will incorporate market research, business development, campaign management, ongoing account management, marketing and the financial management of events.

The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 3+ year's b2b sales experience. It would be advantageous to have had previous sponsorship or related industry experience. You will have a track record of performance in needs based solution sales and be able to influence and negotiate sponsorship deals at senior levels within leading organisations. You will be a natural leader with an inspired approach, posses first class communication skills and an appreciation for the large scale conferencing sector.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 28-40k dependent upon experience and an uncapped OTE of 60-80k plus additional benefits.
