Our client is an international global company based in the Slough, in Berkshire. They are looking to appoint a French Speaking Customer Services Administrator fluent in French in addition to English.
The Role:
The role involves:
- providing professional response to all external enquiries
- processing orders in an efficient and accurate manner.
- responding and taking ownership of customer enquiries
- logging customer information into the company's system
- attending meetings as required
- informing customers about new changes in services and products
- acting as a primary interface for selected customers
- providing department overviews for customers
Candidate Profile:
Suitable candidates will be fluent in French, in addition to English. They are likely to have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service/ Account Management/ Administration/ Order Processing environment. PC literacy and immaculate communication skills are essential for the role. Good negotiation skills are beneficial.
Salary/Additional Information:
The basic salary for this position will be between £20,000. Excellent benefits package is provided.
