The Company:
Our client is a well know and professional company located in over 40 countries in the world providing various types of training. They are currently looking for a German speaking Helpdesk Agent. This position is based in Surrey.
The Role:
In this position you will be responsible for customer service in the broadest sense of the word. From troubleshooting, finding and forwarding leads to giving recommendations and supporting the testing of products. You will work in a team and be responsible to create and organise your time and work schedules. There is ongoing training and it is required to attend them to stay updated.
Candidate Profile:
You are a fluent or native German speaking candidate. As a team player with experience in the field of customer support you are a good analyser. You have the ability to understand the demand and find the solution to the question of your customer while recognising a possible lead. You are a good communicator and team player. You have the ability to work under pressure and the desire to learn.
Salary/Additional Information:
For this position our client offers a salary from £18,000 to £ 20,000 excluding the OTE which is 20 %.
