This Company is a leading privately-held proprietary electronic trading company dedicated to enhancing liquidity and efficiency in the worlds financial markets. With offices in Chicago New York Singapore and London uses highly-automated algorithms to trade a variety of asset classes on many of the world's major electronic exchanges and alternative trading systems.Due to ongoing growth of the London office we are seeking an additional team member to join our compliance team. We are looking for the very highest calibre candidates who are able to work in a fast paced environment have strong problem solving skills and have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. The Role

Due to the logistics of our small office we seek someone with a strong ability to communicate well with all colleagues including management traders accounting compliance as well as external partners. Responsibilities: Assist in drafting written supervisory procedures Perform compliance monitoring tasks Assist in the research and interpretation of new rules and regulations Assist with the periodic compliance policy reviews and the development of new policies and procedures where appropriate Day to day oversight of the compliance monitoring activities and regulatory affairs Contribute to the upkeep of the Company's compliance documentation. Familiar with the SYSC SUP and BIPRU sections of the FSA Handbook Two or more years of relevant experience preferred Analytical mindset with a heavy attention to detail and able to manage numerous priorities and meet deadlines Candidate must be self-motivated and be able to work alone or as a member of a team. Team orientation - work with employees in Clearing Trading Tech and Administration to achieve companys objectives while modeling the companys values.
