Description
Our Client seeks a Contract Manager for a portfolio of Building Services Contracts including commercial, university and industrial properties.
Duties will be to manage the maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems of the properties within the various contracts.
Your performance will be measured on the extent to which contractual obligations are fully delivered, in a safe manner and in accordance with good engineering practise. You will also be measured on the Contracts Profitability and Client Satisfaction.
You will have come from a building services background and electrically or mechanically disciplined. You will have also previously managed Maintenance Contracts including the Operational Management of an Engineering Team.
