The Company:

Our client is a leading developer of software with offices worldwide. They are currently recruiting for a German speaking Customer Account specialist. Candidates must be fluent in German along with fluent English. The company is based in Berkshire.

The Role:

The Customer accounts specialist has a very important role within the department and is the first point of contact with the customers. You will process customer's orders and deliver excellent customer service. The position will include the following key responsibilities:

-Process orders, invoices and assisting in resolution of accounts receivable issues
-Export administration.
-Recognize and diagnose customer's problems, troubleshoot and provide accurate
solutions.
-Provide excellent support to customers by telephone or via email.
-Work closely with other department staff.
-Control and monitor customer contracts.
-Data entry.

Candidate Profile:

-Candidates must be fluent in German or equivalent along with excellent English.
-Previous experience of data entry, managing customers and administration would be highly beneficial.
- Can do attitude.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Accustomed to meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
-Proficient in the use of MS Office and preferably also Oracle or SAP software.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for the role will be between £20,000-£23,000 depending of experience. The client also offers a great benefits package and full training for this position.
