The Company:

Our client is an international global company based outside Manchester. They are looking to appoint a Trilingual Speaking Account Executive fluent in at least two of the following languages: Swedish, German, French and Dutch in addition to English.

The Role:

The role involves:

- providing excellent account management for external customers
- supporting internal customers and well as sales team
- order-book management, processing invoices
- managing samples and shipments to customers and overseeing any returns
- acting as technical advisor to customers
- working closely with Sales Representatives to ensure good relationships with clients
- working closely with Logistics dept
- reporting and analysis of accounts portfolio
- dealing with the administration of returns, cancellations and credits

Candidate Profile:

Suitable candidates will be fluent in Swedish, German, French and Dutch in addition to English. They are likely to have at least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Account Management environment. PC literacy and immaculate communication skills are essential for the role.

Salary/Additional Information:

The basic salary for this position will be between £25,000 depending on your skills and experience. Excellent benefits package is provided.
