Our client is an international company with an office near Glasgow. They are looking to recruit a Swiss German Speaking Customer Service Coordinator for their dynamic, international team.
The Role:
The role involves:
- providing first class customer service to external customer
- proactive planning, prioritizing, assigning orders work order tasks
- scheduling appointments with third party service providers
- identifying and escalating if necessary to Team Leader and Territory Manager
- ensuring the correct and timely closure of work orders
- liaising with customer engineers to ensure all issues are handled in a timely or professional manner
Candidate Profile:
You will be fluent in Swiss German to a mother-tongue level. You will possess excellent customer service skills and good computer skills. You will have a friendly and outgoing disposition and you will enjoy contact with people. Relationship building skills are essential for the role.
Salary/Additional Information:
The basic salary for this position will be £13,000 - £16,000 with excellent benefits package. The company will provide help with relocation.
