HR Generalist Officer

Description

On behalf of our client, an international Broking firm, we are searching for a Generalist HR Officer from a financial markets environment. The opportunities within this role are substantial for the right individual.

Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and policies
Providing managers with guidance on Company policy: interpretation and application
Employment law guidance (existing and new legislation affecting the business areas),
Providing advice to managers on employee related issues.
Issuing and negotiating tickets / senior contracts of employment and side letters, seeking approval as necessary. Preparing secondment / international transfer letters, Conducting disciplinaries / grievances as necessary /
Assisting HR Manager / Compensation Specialists / Line managers on the annual compensation process
Supervising work of HR Administrator / checking junior contracts, end of probation letters, Source inputting / checking redundancy calculations

You must have come from a similar Financial organisation, be IPD part of fully qualified and have 12 months Officer level experience.
