London
£55,000 - £65,000 + great benefits
Fantastic opportunity to join a leading edge International Organisation based in their London Head Quarters. Our client is looking for a true business partner to work for an international, creative, dynamic and commercial client group within a global business.
Sitting on the senior management team and reporting to the business leader with a dotted line into the Group HRD you will be supported by a central HR admin function. You will partner the senior management team providing advice and guidance on OD, recruitment, communications and lead on numerous key projects. The business is rapidly expanding, and presents, rarely available, exciting challenges from an HR perspective.
You will need to be confident and commercially astute with the ability to coach and develop your exec team. The successful applicant will need to have a demonstrable and solid generalist background with excellent all round technical HR knowledge. Your skills will need to be underpinned by relevant HR qualifications and you will have a resilient nature and thrive on a challenge.

The successful applicant is likely to have relevant experience in a FMCG, Retail or Brand Environment.
