Description

I am looking for a candidate to fill the position of Coordinator within the Technical Division within the Exhibitions department. The perfect candidate will have a passion for graphics and design, speak Russian and be extremely organised. Experience in a coordinator role is desirable as you will need to have excellent time management and competent computer skills.

Your role will be to coordinate the logistics and onsite services relating to the technical aspects of staging an exhibition from inception to completion. Your main responsibility will be to develop floor plans for your allocated shows, liaise with clients and prepare accurate costing for each exhibition. As well as this you will be a constant support to the technical division.
