Description
Our client is the world's largest independent recruitment advertising agency, offering new and traditional media services, corporate websites and integrated marketing communications to clients in healthcare, government and education sectors and assisting organisations with the recruitment and retention of quality staff. Based in Holborn, they are seeking Call Centre Response Coordinators to provide exceptional customer service to candidates in their busy inbound Call Centre.
Our client gets ongoing roles depending on how busy their campaigns are so we are constantly looking for skilled Call Centre Advisers and Administrators to commit to 3-7 month temp ongoing roles. Please send your CV to: geraldine.heffernan@austalentco.com.
These are Monday to Friday roles with occasional Saturday hours included (time off in lieu will be allocated if this is the case). 7.5 hour shifts are between the hours of 8.00am to 8.00pm with 1 hour lunch break in addition. The roles pay £7.93 per hour basic rate in addition to hourly holiday pay accrual.
Duties Include:
Receive inbound calls from candidates responding to a number of different advertised roles
Telephone interviewing (competency and non-competency based questions)
To capture candidate data accurately, effectively and sensitively
To provide a high level of service and to act appropriately on behalf of clients
To contribute to the success of the team, the call centre and the environment
General administration
You must have exceptional communication and customer service, attention to detail and accuracy. Experience navigating computer systems is desirable. This role may suit candidates with 1 year + within call centre environments or those with customer service experience + telephone based experience.
