The Company:

Our client is a leading international betting and gaming platform who are looking to appoint a Head of Trading to oversee the overall trading of the company's product. You will be based in Malta and travel extensively throughout Europe.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage overall risk, liability and hedging as well as oversee odds compilation, markets offered, and publication of content. You will monitor the overall position of the company's product and highlight key indicators that will help the business to grow and be competitive. You will manage a small, but fast growing, business and operational team and own the P&L for the Sportsbook and Multiples business. Close work with the product, marketing, content and operational teams to drive new features, marketing plans, and modifications as needed will be a large part of your business, as well as conducting market, industry, and competitive analysis to influence future business and product direction. You will create and document all team procedures and train other members of staff.

Candidate Profile:

You will be required to have:

A minimum of 5 years experience in a lead trading role.
Previous experience in iGaming, odds compilation, or a financial risk management company.
Background in software technology specifically Internet and/or eCommerce.
Drive and determination, and the ability to work in a dynamic and growing organization.
Self-starter, proven ability and desire to innovate, and strong analytical skills.
BA/BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field; MA/MSc/MBA preferred.
Knowledge of financial and risk management.
Be an experienced team leader.
Knowledgeable of the iGaming industry.
Responsible, trustworthy with good organization skills.
Weekend and evening work will be required.

Salary/Additional Information:

An outstanding Salary in the region of £55,000 - £75,000 is on offer along with an outstanding benefits package details of which are available should you be invited for interview.
