Maintenance Contracts Manager (Mobile)

Description

A major M&E/FM service provider is seeking a Contracts Manager for their portfolio of Mobile sites managing all M&E and Fabric hard services.
You will be required to manage Mobile engineers, sub-contractors and any other specialist visiting engineers at the clients premises as may be required, in such a way so as to achieve the highest level of service to the buildings occupants in the most cost efficient, technically competent and safe manner. To be able to supervise maintenance and repair duties expected of all supervisors, under minimum supervision.
You will give support to the regional help desk and Business Unit Manager in the most efficient use of resources by coordinating these activities across a designated portfolio. To manage and coordinate all day to day activities of labour, materials and sub-contractors, in compliance with company policies and procedures, health and safety, quality and environmental responsibilities, and with a pro-active approach to service delivery and problem solving.
