Maintenance Account Manager Investment Bank

Description

Our Client, a leading M&E Maintenance Contractor have specified the need for an Account Manager to Manage the Maintenance of an Investment Bank in Canary Wharf.

As Account manager you will be responsible for the delivery of mechanical and electrical hard services maintenance, reactive and project work to the Banks Critical Facilities portfolio of 3 sites. The sites include the European primary Data Centre, UK support centre and Head Office dealing floors of over 800,000 sq ft of space and responsibility of a fixed element P&L account of £3.6m.

Candidates will have excellent Technical Knowledge having progressed from an engineer to a successful engineering manager. You will have excellent knowledge of providing 24/7 power and maintaining the critical plant within a highly pressurised environment.
The Portfolio includes a Landmark Building, as such you will be politically aware and will understand the issues relating to such a facility.

For obvious reasons this will be a demanding but highly rewarding position, it comes with a Salary of up to £60k plus an excellent benefits package.
