Our client a leading edge charity based in West London is looking for a Head of HR & Corporate Services.
Reporting to the CEO ? this key role will contribute to the development of the organisation's strategic and business plans, particularly in relation to HR, Information Technology and Management..
Key objectives will include:
1.To be a member of the Directorate and Senior Management Team and to assist the Chief Executive in developing and implementing strategic aims and objectives.
2.To take the lead for the organisation on matters of HR management.
3.To ensure the organisation's IT infrastructure, software and communications systems are robust, scalable and supported to the level required for effective and efficient operation.
4.Maintain an awareness of developments in the areas of information management technologies to ensure that the organisation continues to apply the technology most appropriate to its need.
5.To ensure that the Head Office is managed effectively.
6.To take the lead on matters of Health and Safety
7.To ensure that all line-managed staff are supervised and appraised in line with policy and procedure.

The ideal candidate must be CIPD qualified, and must have extensive experience in a HR Management role. Key will be your commerciality and ability to work within a growing and results orientated environment.
