Norwegian speaking Gaming Customer Service Executive
2 week - Temp Assignment

The Company:

Our client, a leading international company, is currently recruiting for fluent Norwegian speakers who are passionate about customer service and sports and gaming. Their office is based in South West London zone 6, and candidates are needed for an exciting project based role starting as soon as possible.

The Role:

The role is an outbound customer service role, calling customers in the betting and gaming sector, to ensure that they pick up their winning vouchers.
This will involve calling through a warm database of clients, answering any questions they might have and providing them with necessary details of their winnings/vouchers.
This role would be ideal for someone who is looking for an entry level customer service job, or for a new graduate.


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for the role will be fluent in Norwegian to native level or equivalent, with previous experience in an office based customer service role. A good general standard of PC literacy is required, including some experience of Word, Excel, and Outlook packages.
A positive, friendly and upbeat character coupled with a professional and diligent attitude to work is required.
Please note that your Norwegian language skills will be tested prior to CV submissions.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for this role will be £9.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
