Trust and Tax Solicitor (0-1 year PQE)

Well established leading law firm in the Kent area has an opening for a Qualified Solicitor with 0-1 year's relevant Private Client experience gained in training and beyond.

Caseload to include advising inheritance and capital gains tax issues, taking instructions as regards existing and new Wills, as well as dealing with the administration of Will Trusts and Settlements.

Drafting skills and a good understanding of the area of law to be practised essential.
